We are a really tiny, very hands-on team spread out in different parts of the world, balancing the spirit and modern worlds to bring to you this magical creation which you no doubt are feeling called to purchase, wherever you may be in the world.

Our intent is to get parcels out to you as soon as possible.

Our Main office is based in Sydney, Australia and most orders get dispatched out from here and this is why shipping is free for Australian addresses.

$20AUD is what we charge as a flat rate for any International orders being delivered outside of Australia.

To ship to most countries from Australia it costs us more than the flat rate of $20. For example, it's a minimum of $24AUD to ship to USA.

And to Switzerland it actually costs closer to $30AUD for us to send even just a single bottle. I know it sucks! 

This is why we try to ship from London for European orders and that is not only quicker to get to you and more affordable for us too at - around 11 GBP which again works out to be our flat rate fee of $20AUD.

It's a labour of LOVE from our side, we are looking at making it even quicker and cheaper for us both as we spread our wings across the globe.

Deliveries to AUSTRALIA are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse and typically reach our customers within 2-4 working days, Australia-wide. Shipping is free across Australia. 


Deliveries to UNITED KINGDOM are dispatched from our London warehouse and typically reach our customers within 3-6 working days, Shipping is only $10AUD across UK and free over $150AUD..  


Deliveries to EUROPE & AFRICA are dispatched from our London warehouse and typically take 5-10 working days to reach our customers from time of dispatch. Shipping is only $20AUD internationally and free over $150AUD..

In the case where our London dispatch centre is out of stock, we will inform you to seek your confirmation if you are happy to receive the parcel from Australia (at no additional cost) or wait until your particular item(s) of purchase has been restocked in London.   

Deliveries to USA, CANADA, NZ, ASIA, & SOUTH AMERICA (and everywhere else) are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse and typically take 6-14 working days to reach our customers from time of dispatch. Shipping is only $20AUD internationally and free over $150AUD.

Tracking numbers are provided for every order. 
(except for the $3 samples).

We will endeavour to do our best to help you track down any missing packages. Once orders are dispatched and tracking numbers have been provided, delivery of the items are then in the hands of the local postal services.
