So I had the cacao on its own - not too good for my liking. I tried melting it in hot milk with a lotus flower - got to the end and it wasn't pleasant. BUT today I put half a bag of walnuts (180g) and half a bag of dates (280g) in a blender - chopped up a heap of cacao, I didn't measure but maybe 3/4 cup and added it to mixture. Had a little taste - yum. Made little balls, coated some with coconut and some without - placed in the fridge to harden. So good and healthy too. A great after dinner snack to help relax with a lovely lotus flower tea!
