Take a moment to drop into yourself.
Dispense half of the loaded dropper onto the palm of your hand and begin to rub your hands together.
Inhale deeply the pleasant scent of the Blue Lotus, allowing it to activate your senses, purifying your aura and bringing you back to center.

Can NOT recommend this oil highly enough. I can very sensitive ‘aging’ skin but this product will not break you out but actually to the complete opposite as after a face cleanse this will give you what your skin needs back naturally without over working your body if you strip face oils. I really enjoyed the Rose Quartz Face Roller. I started with loving intentions giving thanks for this beautiful self love practice. Following the tutorial and pausing until I caught up. Whilst a little tricky handling the roller over my neck and face, it felt soothing and calming. By the time I got to my eyebrows and third eye, I was blissful and felt a subtle sensation around my forehead. When I finished, I took a moment of really feeling the goings on and giving thanks. I then noticed my neck and around my eyes had softened, subtle but noticeable. I was relaxed and blissful all over. Then I stood up and REALLY noticed how much taller and straighter I stood and my eyes widened. This happens to me after a shift.
